Seeking Abundance

So often I hear people tell me that they’re seeking more wealth and abundance in their lives. Whether it’s a desire to increase sales or revenue, to get a pay rise or to have more money to be able to do the things that they really want to do in life.

Does this sound familiar?

How often do we tell ourselves and others that we really want something ….. but don’t actually take the necessary steps to achieving it?

When it comes to our money, and our lives for that matter, our money can either control us (our decisions and the actions we take in life), or we can learn to control it.

I certainly know which option I’d prefer and which option is going to lead to living a happier and healthier life!

It seems that many of us may have forgotten the simple fact that abundance is available to all of us if we truly want it! But it only comes if we are prepared to prioritise it in our lives and take action towards actually creating it!

Energy flows where intention goes and what we pay our attention to and focus on will expand.

The law of attraction simply explained states that the universal law of cause and effect being that for every effect there is a definite cause, likewise for every cause there is a definite effect. Our thoughts, behaviours and actions create specific effects that manifest and create our life as we know it.

So if we are truly wanting to create more wealth and abundance in our life or we are seeking to free ourselves from money stress then we must focus and pay our attention to our thoughts, behaviours and actions with our money!

I am a true believer that we can achieve almost anything that we set our minds to. Yet so often the only thing holding us back is ourselves. We can either have  a mindset, habits or behaviours which are working with us, or those working against us when it comes to achieving our goals.

Being successful with money is no different.

I know, it's not entirely our fault. After all, we didn’t learn much about managing money at school and the mixed messages, inherited habits and beliefs that we have acquired through experience and our relationships are not always helping us to attract and keep more money!

Most of us find thinking or talking about money downright uncomfortable. Considered rude, and even more taboo than perhaps religion, politics or even sex .. it seems most of us are more likely to talk about nearly anything other than the M-word with our family and friends!

It’s no wonder not many of us are willing to prioritise our relationship with money when there are these blocks in our way.

As someone who works in the finance industry, I know first hand just how uninspiring learning about money or taking a money class can be. I'm a creative .... so the fact money is so "boring" hasn't always sat well with me and the more I thought about it, the more I realised that it doesn’t have to be this way!

It's my belief that every woman deserves a chance to create a better relationship with money.

To manage money well, we need to manage ourselves well. So our journey to a more abundance first begins with self-development and an exploration of our thoughts, feelings, habits and attitudes to money. And it's from this place of self-awareness and understanding that women are then empowered to create a better financial future and life of abundance for themselves and their families.

If 2016 was a year where you could’ve earned more, saved more, done more, had more or felt happier and more successful, then don’t make 2017 a repeat!

A goal without a plan, is just a wish!

Make 2017 the year that you create a better relationship with money.

Make 2017 the year you prioritise your health, wealth and well-being.

Make 2017 a year of abundance!

With gratitude,

Lea Schodel
